Q1: Why is there only ring volume controller in settings activity and no controller for vibration intensity?

A1: For some reason I do not know, Android does not allow (normal) developers to control vibration intensity in their apps. So users should control it on their own @ "Settings > Sounds and notifications > Vibrations > Vibration intensity > Notifications".
